This hotel was located a few hundred yards up from the intersection on the right side of Rt 487S. Jackson Hill name was because of the Jackson Hotel. The hotel burned in 1900. |

This photo taken from a bit farther back from where the train depot was shows this area flooded as well as the road, Borick's field and the Lopez Creek is way up the west bank.
